Mentoring is a fundamental process that supports the shaping of future leaders while also promoting knowledge sharing within the company. Haycarb is proud to have completed its first session of the in-house mentoring program, which was inaugurated in July 2023. The Haycarb Young Leadership program provides an opportunity for budding leaders of Haycarb to engage with senior leaders of the company, sharing knowledge and gaining invaluable experience through skill-improving training provided throughout the program. This allows for a better understanding of the work culture and extends networking opportunities.
