MERCURY VAPOR REMOVAL

FLUE GAS TREATMENT
Our specially processed powdered Activated Carbons (PAC) with optimum pore size distributions and superior adsorption features is a simple, economical and user-friendly technology to control emissions in existing as well as new flue gas treatment systems. The process yields an efficiency rate of over 99.9% for Dioxin removal and 98% for Mercury. Our service package not only supplies Carbons with effective adsorption of the contaminant molecules to meet stringent regulatory requirements but also includes engineering and technical assistance to address the total system operations.

INDUSTRIAL WASTE GASES
Considering the practical difficulty in identifying the components in industrial gas streams we offer both multi-component adsorption solutions as well as pilot trials at customer plants for new processes to help reconfirm estimations to determine the mass transfer zone curve and saturation capacity for the total gas stream at the breakthrough level of a single constituent in multi-constituent gas flow streams.

SEWAGE AIR TREATMENT
Our Carbon is manufactured using a proprietary process that ensures the best Hydrogen Sulfide removal capacity at different process conditions while eliminating the risk of bed fire caused by heat released during chemisorption. Unlike competitor products, Haycarb carbon will not disintegrate in wet conditions and therefore is a better suited choice for sewage treatment applications. The use of coconut shell Carbon further increase capacity to also adsorb organic compounds. This product is therefore an economical and safe solution to eliminate these nuisance odors and can be customized to ensure a best fit solution for you.

We provide a tried-and-tested range of products for air treatment in libraries, museums and archives where the main contaminants Formaldehyde and acid gasses (Hydrogen Sulfide and Sulfur Dioxide) are removed from the air streams. We also offer products for the purification of acidic gases mainly from vehicular pollution that finds its way into enclosed sensitive areas such as libraries and museums, where it accelerates the oxidation process causing damage to books and artifacts.
