Laptop Donation to State Universities 2023
Haycarb is dedicated to various social responsibility initiatives focused on enhancing the well-being of our communities through health, nutrition, and education. As a memorable conclusion to our 50th-anniversary celebrations, we proudly sponsored and gifted 89 laptops to deserving state university students.
The event, graced by Hayleys Group Chairman Mr. Mohan Pandithage and Haycarb Managing Director Mr. Rajitha Kariyawasan, Director of Student Welfare of the University of Sri Jayawardanapura, Dr. Mahesh Fernando, and Director of the Distance and Continuing Education Unit & Coordinator of the Masters of Business Management Program of the University of Ruhuna, Prof. Amila Sirisena, along with students from six State universities. The universities represented were University of Colombo, University of Jaffna, University of Ruhuna, University of Peradeniya, University of Moratuwa, and University of Sri Jayawardenapura.
